Roosters Radio Ep 125: Jason Ryles

This week on Roosters Radio we sit down with Assistant Coach, Jason Ryles.

Jason shares with us his journey from first-grade footballer to the coaching ranks,  talks about his time learning from the greats such as English rugby union coach Eddie Jones, the Storm's Craig Bellamy and our very own Trent Robinson.

Rylesy also provides us with an insight into the inner sanctum of the coaches' box, how we improve our performances and sends a message out to the fans!

"I think the big thing for us is that we're not far away," he said.

"Although sometimes you feel like you're a long way off, to lose by two and four and to be coming home as strong as we did, there are things we need to work on which we've identified.

"Defensively we're sitting thereabouts with the top couple of teams and with our attack there are a few little adjustments the boys have been working on so as soon as that clicks, it'll turn really quickly."
