The Sydney Roosters are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of former player Geoff Waldie.
Mr Waldie, Rooster #527, played first grade for the Club between 1962-1966 as a front rower, making his debut in the Red, White and Blue at the age of 20. Born and bred in the Eastern Suburbs, Mr Waldie passed away following illness on May 12.
The Sydney Roosters extend their heartfelt sympathies to the family and friends of Geoff Waldie at this time.
