The Sydney Roosters are proud to announce the line up for Friday night's Round 19 match against the Newcastle Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium.

Trent Robinson has been forced into naming a new-look squad for the trip to the Hunter, which represents the team's first visit to the region this year.

The Sydney Roosters and Newcastle Knights will meet for the 60th time since the Knights entered the competition in 1988, with the Red, White and Blue taking out 36 victories from the 59 previous encounters.

The Tricolours have claimed fourteen of the last seventeen matches - losing just three games dating back to 2012.

With another exciting season now underway, Roosters Members have come out in force and created history yet again, smashing the 18,000 milestone in record time.
