The Sydney Roosters Junior Reps have continued their seasons over the weekend, with a mixed bag of results coming from their respective games.

The Central Coast Roosters Harold Matthews, Laurie Daley Cup and Andrew Johns Cup sides were also in action over the weekend.

Sydney Roosters 12-34 Canberra Raiders

The Sydney Roosters suffered their first defeat of the Harold Matthews campaign, going down 34-12 to the Raiders at Newtown's Henson Park.

The Roosters fought hard in the loss, with tries to winger Na'oia'ehansi Tofaeono and halfback Toby Rodwell keeping their side within six points of the Raiders at the break.

Unfortunately the Raiders proved too good in the second half, scoring three unanswered tries to close out the game.

Central Coast Roosters 16-18 Illawarra Steelers

A double to back rower Coby Thomas wasn't enough for the Central Coast Roosters, going down 18-16 to the Illawarra Steelers at Morry Breen Oval.

In a tight and tense affair, the two teams traded four pointers in a game where the lead changed several times.

Ultimately, the Roosters fell just a conversion short of securing something from the game after Thomas crossed for his second late in the contest.

Sydney Roosters Indigenous Academy 38-6 Canberra Raiders

The Sydney Roosters Indigenous Academy have continued on their winning ways by crushing the Canberra Raiders in a 38-6 win.

The Roosters dominated the contest from start to finish, with halves Brooke Talataina and Skyla Adams crossing for two tries each in a controlled performance.

The side remain unbeaten since the 2021 Grand Final, with Saturday's win their 11th in a row across two seasons.

Sydney Roosters 28-38 Canberra Raiders

The Sydney Roosters have produced a stirring second half comeback, however saw their efforts fall just short in a ten point loss to Canberra.

A slow start saw the Roosters trail 32-6 at the change of ends before the side fell 38-6 behind just after half time.

A brace of tries to winger Kade Maguire kick-started the comeback, with the Roosters scoring four unanswered tries to set up a grandstand finish.

Andrew Johns Cup | Central Coast Thrash Titans

Central Coast Roosters 38-4 Northern Rivers Titans

The Central Coast Roosters have bounced back from their first-up loss in the Andrew Johns Cup, crushing the Northern Rivers Titans in comprehensive fashion.

Despite hitting the road to Yamba, the Roosters dominated every facet of the contest, which remained tight until after half time.

Five-eighth Isaac Fotu-Moala was a standout for his side, scoring twice and controlling the game alongside halfback Brok Elliott in the seven tries to one win.

Central Coast Roosters 20-22 Northern Rivers Titans

A come-from-behind effort has ultimately dropped short as the Central Coast Roosters were downed 22-20 by the Northern Rivers Titans.

The Roosters fought valiantly to come back from a 22-8 deficit in the second half, however conversions again were the difference in a close finish.

Back rower Jackson Pennell was a standout, scoring twice in the side's first loss of the campaign.
