Your 2023 Game Plan | Round 2

After a long six-month wait, the Sydney Roosters return home on Saturday to take on the One New Zealand Warriors in an action-packed afternoon at Allianz Stadium. The family-friendly double-header is a great opportunity for members and fans to welcome the Warriors to our new facility.

Roosters supporters will be treated to the first double-header of the season, with the Knock-On Effect NSW Cup game kicking off at 12:40pm to raise the curtain to the NRL match commencing at 3pm.

Both the Sydney Roosters and New Zealand Warriors return to the NSW Cup competition this season, looking to strengthen their pathways systems.

Our last home game against the Warriors was a memorable occasion for the Club, as we celebrated the 20th anniversary of the 2002 Premiership against New Zealand. The evening was capped off by a great win and wonderful scenes of 2002 premiership players singing the Team Song with the winning team. This weekend we look to achieve the same result, a victory, to build momentum as we head into our round three clash with South Sydney.

Whether you will be cheering on the Roosters at Allianz Stadium, or barracking from the lounge at home, here is all you need to know for the Round 2 fixture.
