Pilot Medical Update: Round 5

The Sydney Roosters squad was assessed by Club medical staff following their Round 5 clash with the Parramatta Eels.

During the game, James Tedesco failed his head injury assessment and will undergo the mandatory 11-day stand-down period, making him unavailable for team selection in Round 6.

There were no other injury concerns for the players that featured in the match.

Sitili Tupouniua will make his return to rugby league this weekend for the North Sydney Bears in the NSW Cup competition after completing his rehabilitation for an ACL injury.

Meanwhile, Matt Lodge, Nathan Brown and Billy Smith have all completed a full training schedule with the squad this week and are very close to making their return.
