Roosters and GSA Unite for Touch of Colour Fundraiser

Last week, the Sydney Roosters proudly attended GSA Insurance Brokers’ annual Touch of Colour tournament to help raise funds for KidsXpress

The Roosters have attended the round robin touch football competition for the past nine years, with the likes of Anthony Minichiello and Luke Ricketson showing their support in years gone by

This year, NRLW Stars Jess Sergis and Millie Boyle hit the fields to add experience and enthusiasm to the line-ups, while Rob Toia and Connor Watson also joined in on the fun.

GSA have raised over $200,000 in 2023, with more than $27,000 of the proceeds coming from the Touch of Colour competition. All proceeds will be donated to KidsXpress, a children’s mental health charity that helps transform the lives of kids impacted by adversity.

Since the event's inception in 2014, GSA have raised more than one million dollars for the charity, an achievement that CEO Mr James Telford says he’s extremely proud of.

“We launched the first touch of colour event at Allianz stadium, an incredible experience which set the bar for what we wanted to achieve,” he said.

“To be able to support the charity as we do, ticking a million dollars in funds raised over the last nine years to support kids in need, when we really didn’t think it would, is an amazing achievement, it’s something I’m very proud of.”

The Roosters would like to congratulate GSA for such a fantastic achievement!
