A member of Queensland’s two most recent series-winning sides, Lindsay Collins has been selected by coach Billy Slater in the Maroons’ 19-man squad ahead of Origin I.
The Roosters front rower has been rewarded for his impressive start to the season, where he has recorded an average of 124 run metres and broken 21 tackles across 11 games.

The Maroons will be attempting to retain the Origin Shield after defeating the Blues 2-1 in last year’s series.
