NRL Line Up for Round 15 vs Panthers

The Sydney Roosters are excited to welcome our proud Members and fans back to Allianz Stadium for Red Rooster Member’s Round, to be celebrated this Saturday evening when we host the Penrith Panthers.

Set for a 7:35pm kick-off the Tricolours will be looking to build on last week’s win when they take on the defending premiers for the second time in 2023.

Round 14 Match Highlights: Roosters vs Bulldogs

Be sure to head in early on Saturday to take advantage of the pre-game activities on offer, including a Red Rooster Player Card Photo Booth, merchandise stands and flash prize giveaway for Members. Don’t forget to pick up your Try Card outside Gates 1, 3 and 5 too!

Trent Robinson has made one change to the starting line-up, naming Daniel Tupou to make his return on the wing.

Junior Pauga and Sandon Smith have retained their positions in the squad after making their debuts last week, while Zach Dockar-Clay features on the extended bench for the first time.

After claiming four tries in the past two Roosters’ matches, James Tedesco will lead from fullback again this week. Joining the Skipper in the back line are wingers Tupou and Pauga and centres Billy Smith and Corey Allan.

Joseph Manu and Luke Keary continue their combination in the halves, while Jared Waerea-Hargreaves, Jake Turpin and Lindsay Collins line up in the front row.

The starting side is rounded off with Egan Butcher, Nat Butcher and Sitili Tupouniua in the back row.

Butcher: 'We Need To Start Well'

Sandon Smith, Nathan Brown, Angus Crichton and Matt Lodge make up the interchange bench, with Drew Hutchison named at 18th man.

The extended bench features Dockar-Clay, Jaxson Paulo, Fletcher Baker and Naufahu Whyte.
