NRL Judiciary Update: Walker Enters Plea

Sam Walker has entered an early guilty plea in relation to his Grade One Careless High Tackle Charge after being cited by the Match Review Committee in Finals Week One.

As a result, he will receive a monetary fine of $1000 and be available for selection for the Roosters’ Finals Week Two clash with the Storm.

Following the Sydney Roosters Elimination Final against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, Sam Walker has been cited by the Match Review Committee.

Walker was issued with a Grade One Careless High Tackle Charge as a result of an incident that occurred in the 18th minute of the game.

Should the halfback elect to enter an early guilty plea, he will receive a monetary fine of $1000. If found guilty at the panel, however, he will receive $1500 fine.

Walker has until 12pm on Monday to enter his plea.
