NRL Round 5 Judiciary Update: Dominic Young

Dominic Young has entered an early guilty plea in relation to his Grade Three Careless High Tackle Charge after being cited by the Match Review Committee in Round 5. 

As a result, he will receive he will be unavailable for selection in the Roosters’ Round 6 and Round 7 matches.

Following the Sydney Roosters Round 5 match against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, Dominic Young has been cited by the Match Review Committee.

Young was issued with a Grade Three Careless High Tackle Charge for an incident that occurred in the 27th minute of the match.

Should Young elect to enter an early guilty plea, he will be unavailable for two matches.

If found guilty at the judiciary, however, he will be unavailable for three matches.

Young has until Monday at 12pm to enter his plea.

There were no other judiciary concerns for the other players that featured in the match.
