24-Hour Update: Round 9 NRL Line Up vs Broncos

The side to face the Brisbane Broncos at 8:00pm this Friday night at Suncorp Stadium has been trimmed down 24 hours ahead of kick-off.

Both Daniel Tupou and Jared Waerea-Hargreaves have dropped out of the squad, with Fetalaiga Pauga and Naufahu Whyte taking their places in the starting side respectively.

Sitili Tupouniua comes onto the bench in place of Whyte, with Sandon Smith and Zach Dockar-Clay the remaining reserves.

The final teamlist will be released one hour before kick-off, at 7:00pm.

The Sydney Roosters are proud to announce the line up for the Round 9 clash against the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium this Friday night.

The Roosters will do battle against the Broncos for the second time in 2024, having defeated the 2023 Grand Finalists in the opening round of the competition in Las Vegas.

Five-eighth Luke Keary will play his 150th game for the Club, becoming just the 27th Rooster to reach the milestone and the third five-eighth following Brad Fittler and Brendan Hall, in what will be his final season in the NRL.
