The Sydney Roosters are pleased to announce that strike winger Jayme Fressard has re-committed to the Club through to the end of the 2027 NRLW season.
Fressard, who joined the Roosters in 2022, and was a member of the Club’s 2024 Premiership-winning team, has established herself as one of the game’s elite finishers and a consistent performer at both Club and representative level.
“I’m incredibly proud to extend my time with the Roosters,” said Fressard.
“This Club has become home for me and I’m excited to continue building something special with this group. We’ve got a tight-knit team and a real drive to achieve great things,” she added.
Roosters NRLW Head Coach, John Strange, welcomed the news, highlighting Fressard’s professionalism and experience.
“Jayme is an exceptional athlete and an even better person,” said Strange.
“She sets a high standard for not only herself, but also her teammates, and having her locked in through to the end of 2027 is a massive boost for our squad,” he added.
The Roosters will kick off their 2025 NRLW Premiership campaign in just over a week, with a Round 1 showdown against the New Zealand Warriors at Allianz Stadium on Sunday, July 6. This will be a double-header, with the NRL squad taking on the Wests Tigers following the NRLW.
In addition, the Club will celebrate and acknowledge the 50-year anniversary of the 1975 Premiership – with past players from all eras on deck to celebrate the Club’s rich, 118-year history.
