NSW Women’s Premiership Team (Round 5):

Central Coast NSW Women’s Premiership Coach Nathan Anderson has named his team for Saturday’s clash with the 9th placed Wests Tigers at Lidcombe Oval. The Roosters are currently in 10th place.

There’s been a major reshuffle amongst the spine players. Firstly, Sienna Thomas moves from fullback to halfback, Talea Tonga from five eighth to fullback and Jayde Herdegen from halfback to five eighth. Finally, Shawden Burton comes back from the NRLW team to take the hooker spot, with Imogen Hei named as 18th player in the NRLW squad on Saturday and consequently won’t play in the NSW Women’s Premiership match.

Other changes see Anabelle Rose coming from the bench to take Logan Fletcher’s wing spot. NRWL squad member Fletcher will miss this match under concussion protocols. Replacing Rose on the bench is Fa’agase Tupuola-Palale. Tahlia Smith (hip) is also out at prop, replaced by Tyra Dymock. Finally on the bench Lillie McLean comes in for Grace Dabin.
