Medical Update | Round 22

The Sydney Roosters NRL Squad has been assessed following the club’s Round 22 match against the Manly  Warringah Sea Eagles.

During the NSW Cup curtain raiser between the sides, Nat Butcher sustained a recurrence of a medial ligament (MCL) injury to his right knee.

After consulting with specialists, it has been decided that Butcher will undergo a full MCL reconstruction.

There were no other injury concerns from the match.
