The Sydney Roosters congratulate NRLW Club captain Isabelle Kelly, who has been recognised as the RLPA’s NRLW Player of the Month for July, as voted by her fellow players.
The 2024 RLPA Players’ Champion has wasted no time reaffirming her elite status in 2025, leading from the front through the opening rounds of the NRLW season. Kelly was selected ahead of fellow nominees Rima Butler and Alexis Tauaneai for her outstanding form and influence on the field.
In July, Kelly was a driving force behind the Roosters’ undefeated start to the season. Her Round 4 performance against the Bulldogs was particularly dominant, featuring two tries, 240 running metres, multiple line breaks, and key defensive efforts that helped steer her team to victory.
Kelly’s powerful running game, creativity in attack, and leadership have been central to the Roosters' early success and continue to underline her reputation as one of the game’s premier players.
