Following the Sydney Roosters’ Round 23 match against the Dolphins, two Roosters players have been cited by the Match Review Committee.

Naufahu Whyte has been charged with a Grade 1 Contrary Conduct offence for an incident in the 9th minute of the match.

Should Whyte enter an early guilty plea, he will receive a $1,000 fine. If he challenges the charge and is found guilty at the panel, he will receive a $1,500 fine.

Spencer Leniu has been charged with two Grade 1 Contrary Conduct offences for incidents in the 8th and 9th minutes of the match.

For Charge 1, an early guilty plea will result in an $1,800 fine, while an unsuccessful challenge will result in a $2,500 fine

For Charge 2, an early guilty plea will also result in an $1,800 fine, while an unsuccessful challenge will result in a $2,500 fine.
