The Sydney Roosters are inviting applications for a Cheer Squad Director to lead and manage the Roosters Girls throughout the 2026 NRL and NRLW seasons.
As one of the foundation clubs of the NRL, the Sydney Roosters continue to set the benchmark both on and off the field. With home games played at Allianz Stadium and the Central Coast’s polytec Stadium, the Club is committed to delivering a first-class game day experience that inspires and entertains Members and fans alike.
The successful candidate or organisation will be responsible for recruiting, coordinating and managing the Roosters Girls, ensuring a vibrant, professional and high-energy presence across every home game.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and manage the annual cheer squad audition process.
- Select and oversee a minimum of 12 performers per match.
- Work closely with the Roosters’ Sports Presentation team on choreography, themed rounds and activations.
- Manage rehearsals, communications, and performer payments.
- Provide additional promotional and event staff when required.
- The Roosters Girls perform at up to 11 home games at Allianz Stadium and 3 matches at polytec Stadium, adding to the colour and atmosphere of the Roosters’ game day experience.
