Junior Reps Teamlist | Saturday, 28th March, 2026

Teams have been named for Saturday’s NSWRL junior representative rugby league fixtures. The four Roosters junior teams in action this weekend will all play the Parramatta Eels at Merrylands on Saturday.

Sydney Roosters S.G. Ball Cup Team (Round 8):

Coach Boyd Cordner’s team, who lead the competition after winning 7 from 7 in 2026, to stretch their unbeaten run to 14, have the bye this weekend. They travel to Melbourne for their final regular season match in Round 9 to play the 3rd placed Storm.

Central Coast S.G. Ball Cup Team (Round 8):

Coach Adam McEwan has named his team, who currently sit 16th on the competition ladder, to play 6th placed Parramatta Eels at Merrylands on Saturday. The match kicks off at 4.00 pm.

However, a number of players are in doubt and have not been named. Those players are fullback Taj Jordan, second rowers Seymour Stowers-Smith and Ravai Tulevu and bench players Wyatt Katon and Ben Davenport. The team will be finalised an hour prior to kick off.

Sydney Roosters Harold Matthews Cup Team (Round 8):

Coach Paul Momirovski’s team, who currently sit 7th on the competition ladder, with four wins from seven games, have the bye this weekend. They travel to Melbourne for their final regular season match in Round 9 to play the 1th placed Storm.

Central Coast Roosters Harold Matthews Cup Team (Round 8):

Coach Ryan Southam has named his team, who currently sit 15th on the competition ladder, to play 5th placed Parramatta Eels at Merrylands on Saturday. The match kicks off at 2.00 pm.

Again, like the S.G. Ball Cup team, a number of players remain in doubt. At this stage we do know, however, that Aidan Harrison (wing), Zavier Donald (centre), Ngaru Thomas (second row) and Hugo L’Estrange (bench) will play having been left out of last weeks’ team. The team will be finalised an hour prior to kick off.

Sydney Roosters Indigenous Academy Tarsha Gale Cup Team (Round 8):

Coach Keeley Davis has named her team, who currently sit in 1st place on the competition table, to play 3rd placed Parramatta Eels at Merrylands on Saturday. The match kicks off at 12.00 pm. This is re-match of the 2025 Grand Final.

The reshuffle in the backline that occurred prior to last weeks’ big win against North Sydney has been retained for a further week, at least. Liesi Hopoate stays on the right wing and Tahnee Potter will again play left centre.

In the forwards Mahlie Cashin, who came off the bench last week, is reinstated as hooker, with Scarlet Hagan returning to the bench. The final change to the team comes on the bench with Felila Fakalelu returning to the team, replacing Jada Waerea.

Talia Berryman returns to the team at right centre, replacing Alissa McNair, who becomes the 18th player, at the expense of Chloe Oliver.

The only other change to the team is on the bench with Levayah Bower coming into the team, replacing Tupou Fakalelu.
