Junior Grand Finals | A Day for the Tricolours Faithful

The Sydney Roosters will be proudly represented on the biggest stage of the junior representative season this Saturday, with three teams qualifying for their respective Grand Finals at Leichhardt Oval.

In what marks a significant achievement for the Club’s development pathways, the Sydney Roosters will field teams in the SG Ball Cup, Harold Matthews Cup and Lisa Fiaola Cup deciders, a testament to the strength, depth and future of the Tricolours.

SG Ball Cup (Men's Under 19)

Led by Boyd Cordner, the Roosters SG Ball side will be aiming to go back to back as they prepare for their second consecutive Grand Final appearance.

Having built strong momentum throughout the season, the squad has showcased consistency, resilience and a high standard of performance, hallmarks of a team determined to defend their title.

Harold Matthews Cup (Men's Under 16)

Under the guidance of Paul Momirovski, the Harold Matthews Cup team has made history by reaching the Grand Final for the first time in the Club’s history.

Their journey to this point has been built on determination and growth, with the side continuing to improve week on week.

Lisa Fiaola Cup (Women’s Under 17)

The Roosters Lisa Fiaola Cup side will round out a strong Club presence on Grand Final day, with the Women’s Under 17 team earning their place after an impressive campaign.

Their qualification reflects the continued growth and investment in the women’s game, and the team will look to cap off their season with a standout performance.

  • Lisa Fiaola Cup: Grand Final 10:00am
  • Harold Matthews Cup: Grand Final 11:45am
  • SG Ball Cup: Grand Final 3:15pm
  • All matches will be played at Leichhardt Oval

The Roosters Day Continues

After a huge afternoon at Leichhardt Oval, the action continues at Allianz Stadium, where the Roosters take on the Brisbane Broncos in a Round 9 blockbuster.

It shapes as a full day of Roosters pride, from the Club’s rising stars to the NRL stage, showcasing the strength and unity of the Tricolours from pathways to first grade.
