The Sydney Roosters have today announced that Connor Watson has been granted an early release from the final year of his contract following a request from his management, allowing him to pursue an opportunity with another NRL club.
Watson will remain with the Roosters for the remainder of the 2026 season and will continue to play an important role within the Club's NRL squad.
