The Sydney Roosters are saddened to learn about the death of Player No. 552, Ken Flanagan.
Flanagan arrived at the Roosters from Ballina and was graded in 1963. Adept at both second row and front row, Flanagan made his first grade debut in Round 15, 1964. He went on to play three more first grade games in 1964 and a further eight in 1965, for a total of 12 first grade games. Ken played a total of 26 grade games over three seasons (1963 – 1965).
Ken will be sorely missed. The Sydney Roosters pass on its deepest condolences to Ken's family and friends.
