Finals Footy Returns to Allianz Stadium.
The Sydney Roosters have named their squad for Saturday night’s Semi Final against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, with the Tricolours returning to Allianz Stadium for Week Two of the 2026 NRL Telstra Premiership Finals Series. The winner will progress to face the Dolphins in the Preliminary Final.
Captain James Tedesco will line up at fullback, with Daniel Tupou and Mark Nawaqanitawase named on the wings. Billy Smith and Robert Toia retain their places in the centres.
Hugo Savala has been named at five-eighth alongside Daly Cherry-Evans at halfback, while Reece Robson starts at hooker.
The forward pack sees Naufahu Whyte and Lindsay Collins named at prop, with Salesi Foketi and Siua Wong in the second row. Victor Radley will start at lock.
Connor Watson, Spencer Leniu, Nat Butcher and Angus Crichton make up the interchange bench, while Cody Ramsey, Tommy Talau, Taylor Losalu, Benaiah Ioelu and Toby Rodwell have been named in the extended squad.
The Roosters face the Sharks at Allianz Stadium on Saturday 19 September, kicking off at 7:50pm.
