Nick Politis has completed his 33rd year at the helm of the Club in 2026, marking another milestone in one of the most successful eras in Sydney Roosters history.
Under his leadership, the Roosters have established themselves as one of rugby league's most successful and respected organisations, achieving sustained success across the NRL, NRLW and pathways competitions.
Throughout his tenure, the Club has claimed five NRL Premierships, five Minor Premierships and appeared in nine NRL Grand Finals, while qualifying for 24 Finals Series, including an impressive ten consecutive appearances.
The Club's achievements have also extended to the international stage, securing four World Club Challenge titles, alongside the 2017 NRL Nines Championship.
Politis' commitment to developing the next generation of rugby league talent has been reflected in the Club's continued success across the pathways system. During his chairmanship, the Roosters have secured two NSW Cup titles, including one in partnership with Newtown, three Senior Men's Under 20s titles, one Under 19s title, five S.G. Ball Cup titles, one Laurie Daley Cup title and three Andrew Johns Cup titles.
The Club has also claimed four Club Championships, reflecting its strength and consistency across multiple grades.
The growth and success of the Sydney Roosters NRLW program has been another defining achievement during Politis' leadership. Across the competition's first nine seasons, the Roosters have secured three NRLW Premierships, three Minor Premierships and six Grand Final appearances, qualifying for eight Finals Series.
Beyond the NRLW competition, the Club's women's pathways programs have also celebrated success, claiming one NSW Women's Premiership and two Tarsha Gale Cup titles.
