The Sydney Roosters put in a dominant performance totally outplaying the Raiders, winning 26-12 at Allianz Stadium.

Showing no ill effects of his origin debut only three days ago Daniel Tupou scored a hat-trick while Maloney and Pearce carved up the Raiders in the middle of the field.

Picking up where they left off after origin, it was a Maroons, Blues combo that led to the Tricolours first.

Aidan Guerra perfectly batted back a Pearce bomb in to the hands of Maloney who passed out wide to Tupou. The ranging winger sprinted to an open line to register the try.

A tough run from Nuuausala then set up a quick play the ball, enabling Maloney to spread it wide and set up  Tupou and the Tricolours second.

The home side completely dominated play for the remainder of the half and after numerous attempts finally crossed the line again just before the break.

After creating an overlap on the left edge, Maloney threw a dummy and ran over between the posts to extend the lead to eighteen.

It was a true grind in the second half with the Tricolours slightly getting the edge.

Finally it was Tupou that reignited the scoring, out leaping his opposite number as he so often does to put the game beyond doubt.

Two late Raiders tries weren't enough as the Roosters outperformed the visitors in every asset to secure the result.
