In a massive boost ahead of tonight’s Round 3 match against the North Queensland Cowboys, the Sydney Roosters have ticked over 12,000 Members, taking the Club one step closer to reaching the target of 15,000 Members in 2016.
“We are privileged to have a far-ranging network of Members spread across the country and the globe,” said Sydney Roosters CEO John Lee.
“We have had a swell of support over the last few weeks with an influx of new Members signing up to the Club, and thanks to the terrific support of our long-term and new Members, we are on track to reach our goal of 15,000 Members,” he added.
“Our Members are the backbone of our Club and we’re lucky to have such a supportive membership base,” said Sydney Roosters Captain Jake Friend.
“There was a great turnout of Members for our opening game against the Rabbitohs and we look forward to that support continuing throughout the year,” he added.
