The Sydney Roosters have today confirmed details for an NRL pre-season trial against the North Queensland Cowboys in Mackay early next year.
The trial will be played at Mackay’s BB Print Stadium on Saturday, February 11.
“Mackay is strong rugby league heartland, and we are pleased to have secured this trial against the Cowboys,” said Roosters CEO, John Lee.
“The Roosters enjoy strong support in the Mackay region, so we are also pleased to be providing those Members and supporters with an opportunity to watch their team in what will undoubtedly be a high-quality hit-out for both sides,” he added.
Further details and ticketing information for the trial will be released at a later date.
