Head Coach Trent Robinson spoke to the media on Wednesday afternoon as we prepare to go head-to-head with the South Sydney Rabbitohs on Thursday night.
He touched on a number of topics, but most notably he discussed the epic rivalry between the two clubs.
When asked if he prepares his side differently for this battle, he insisted that all his players are well informed of the great history of the Roosters.
"They know the history between the clubs," he said of his players.
"They know what’s gone on in the past to get to where we are now and that’s not about building it up (the game) this week, that’s an understanding of who the Roosters are through the course of our history.
"We’ve done our work on our history, so they know where we sit since 1908, and also where Souths sit."
He was asked about the danger men in the Rabbitohs side, but was adamant that it wasn't about preparing for individual players.
"We know their players and what they’re going to come at us with, and we have to make sure we’re ready to go."
