Latrell Mitchell has tonight been unsuccessful in having his Grade 1 Dangerous Contact charge overturned at the NRL Judiciary.
The Club entered a Not Guilty plea to the charge following Mitchell's citation for an incident in the 42nd minute of the Roosters Qualifying Finals match, which the NRL Judiciary did not accept at a hearing earlier this evening.
Consequently, Mitchell will be unavailable for one match through suspension and now holds 95 Carry-Over Points.
His replacement will be named on Tuesday in the Club's Team Announcement.
