Injury Report | January 2019

The Sydney Roosters first grade squad have been evaluated by the Club Medical Staff since returning from the Christmas break as they continue to prepare for the upcoming 2019 NRL Telstra Premiership Season.

Cooper Cronk received successful surgery in the off-season on his fractured scapula and has now returned to full contact training since the start of training in the new year.

Zane Tetevano and Lindsay Collins both received surgery after the 2018 Grand Final and have also returned to full contact training ahead of the 2019 season.

Angus Crichton is receiving on-going rehab since his shoulder surgery last year and is close to returning to full contact training.

Billy Smith has returned to light training after sustaining a torn ACL late in the 2018 season and will receive on-going rehab until he makes a full recovery.

New recruit Ryan Hall is progressing ahead of schedule in his rehab program after tearing his ACL during the 2018 Super League season.

He is currently on a modified training program while he continues to undergo rehab.

The remainder of the squad are training without injury concern.
