We asked the Sydney Roosters fans to choose their ideal Round 1 line-up and the results are in with a fine looking squad!
While there were no true surprises in most positions, the fan chosen bench caused the most headaches.
Captain Jake Friend, James Tedesco, Luke Keary and Cooper Cronk polled over 97% as the preferred players in their respective positions, while the battle of second rowers and lock proved to have a little more competition.
Brett Morris has received the nod for the vacant wing position, while new recruit Angus Crichton is an overwhelming favourite to start in the second row alongside Captain Boyd Cordner.
