The Kiwi Enforcer was beaming with pride ahead of Thursday night.
"Yeah, definitely one of the most proudest milestones of my career," he said.
"You know, I came here at this club as a 19-year-old, not knowing what the future hold for me. And, yeah, just really, really proud and honoured to represent such a prestigious Club in the Sydney Roosters and to be a leader of this Club, a captain of this Club, just really, really honoured.
"And I can't thank the board, Nick, Robbo enough for believing in me. And the least I can do is go out and honour in a strong performance this weekend."
