Roosters Join Forces With Pilot to Tackle Men’s Health Issues

The Sydney Roosters are proud to announce Pilot as a Corporate Partner of the Club.

Pilot is Australia’s biggest men’s online health platform, and since early 2019, Pilot has been used by over 250,000 men across the country.

In a bid to improve men’s health and reduce stigma across health issues men wouldn’t normally say in conversation or in front of their doctor, Pilot makes access to healthcare easier than ever through their online platform.

Pilot will hold the naming rights of the weekly Pilot Medical Update and also feature on the on-field training shirts for the Sydney Roosters Trainers.

The instantly recognisable blue colour of Pilot will also feature at Sydney Roosters home games throughout 2022.

As a Club, we are proud to align ourselves with a partner that is dedicated to improving men’s health as well as breaking down the stigma around access to these services.

Jarrod Johnstone Sydney Roosters Chief Operating Officer

Sydney Roosters Chief Operating Officer Jarrod Johnstone said: “For our NRL squad to be able to play the way they do, week-in-week-out, it is of the utmost importance that they have access to the tools available to them in order to perform at their best on and off the field.

“As a Club, we are proud to align ourselves with a partner that is dedicated to improving men’s health as well as breaking down the stigma around access to these services.

“This partnership will also enable our Members and supporters to have access to improve their own health and wellbeing through Pilot.”

GM Pilot and Co-Founder Charlie Gearside said: “The Roosters have been such a high-performing team of men in recent years, both mentally and physically. We help Australian men do the same with their healthcare so it was a no-brainer to join forces.”
