John Strange has finalised the side to take on the Parramatta Eels in today's Round 1 match at Commbank Stadium.
The side will line up 1-17 in the first match of the NRLW season, with Sam Bremner, Jayme Fressard, Destiny Brill and Shaniah Power will make their debut in Roosters colours.
Kalosipani Hopoate and Otesa Pule will make their first appearances in the NRLW from the interchange bench, while Isabelle Kelly will Captain the side for the very first time.
Joeli Morris is the side's 18th person.
