Victor Radley and Egan Butcher Re-Commit to Roosters

The Sydney Roosters are pleased to announce that Victor Radley and Egan Butcher have extended with the Club.

A local product of the Clovelly Crocodiles, 24-year-old Radley has signed a four-year extension which will keep him at the Roosters until at least the end of the 2027 season.

Radley has made 97 appearances in the NRL since making his debut in 2017.

“I can’t imagine myself playing anywhere else, so I’m happy to have my long-term future sorted here at the Roosters,” said Radley.

Penning a two-year extension, 22-year-old Butcher is now signed through to the end of the 2025 season. Having progressed through the Roosters Pathway Program, Butcher has made 27 appearances in the NRL since making his debut in 2021.

“The Roosters mean a lot to me and I’m stoked that I’ll continue to be part of the team we have here,” said Butcher.

“I know that my best footy is still ahead of me and I’m keen to keep working with Robbo, the coaches and senior players we have here to keep improving every day,” he added.

Roosters Head Coach Trent Robinson was pleased to have Radley and Butcher extend with the Club.

“Victor and Egan are hard workers who love the tough stuff. They’re also good men who play an important role within our squad so it’s great to have them locked in to the Club’s long-term plans” said Robinson.
