Updated NRL Line Up for Round 11 vs Panthers

UPDATE: Trent Robinson has trimmed his team list ahead of tomorrow night’s clash with the Penrith Panthers at BlueBet Stadium.

Naufahu Whyte, Sam Walker and Tuipulotu Katoa come out of the squad this week.

Jake Turpin is the side’s 18th man, while Terrell May remains on the extended bench.

The remainder of the team is unchanged, with the final line-up to be confirmed one hour prior to kick-off tomorrow at 7:00pm.

The Sydney Roosters are proud to announce the line-up for Friday night’s Round 11 match against the Penrith Panthers at BlueBet Stadium.

With gates opening at 5:15pm, the Tricolours return to the foot of the mountains for a double-header, with the NSW Cup teams going head-to-head before the NRL game kicks off at 8:00pm.

Trent Robinson has made two changes to his side following Sunday’s Magic Round contest with the Cowboys, with Angus Crichton called into the starting line-up.

Crichton replaces Egan Butcher, who is currently undergoing the NRL’s 11-day stand-down protocol after suffering a concussion in Round 10. The inclusion of the Australian representative sees Fletcher Baker slot onto the interchange bench.

James Tedesco leads the side from fullback, with Corey Allan and Jaxson Paulo on the wings. Billy Smith retains his spot in the centres after a stellar performance last week, joining Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii to round off the back line.

Joseph Manu and Luke Keary make up the halves combination again this week, while Jared Waerea-Hargreaves, Brandon Smith and Lindsay Collins have been named in the front row.

Crichton, Nat Butcher and Victor Radley complete the starting side in the back row.

Drew Hutchison, Baker, Sitili Tupouniua and Matt Lodge line-up on the interchange bench on Friday evening, with Jake Turpin named as the 18th man. Naufahu Whyte, Sam Walker, Tuipulotu Katoa and Terrell May have been included on the extended bench.
