NRLW Line Up for Round 2 vs Raiders

The Sydney Roosters are proud to announce the NRLW line-up to take on the Canberra Raiders at GIO Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

This week, the Roosters, along with the NRL, celebrate the involvement of Women in League – paying homage to the staff, volunteers, officials and fans that dedicate countless hours to make the game and broader rugby league community greater for all.

Not only does the Club’s Round 2 line-up include trailblazing female athletes who inspire young girls to lace up the boots for the first time, the team also features super mums, who have made numerous sacrifices to continue their careers, as well as pioneers of the female game who continue to strive for more.

Head Coach John Strange has made one change to the team following Round 1, with Amber Hall ruled out after sustaining a left foot injury against the Broncos.

Otesa Pule comes into the second row to replace Hall, while Alexandrea Kiriwi will make her NRLW and Club debut off the interchange bench on Saturday.

After bagging a double in the opening round, Corban Baxter will line up at fullback once again this week. Brydie Parker and Jayme Fressard take their places on the wing, while star duo Isabelle Kelly and Jessica Sergis complete the back line in the centres.

Tarryn Aiken and Jocelyn Kelleher will be the halves pairing as Millie Boyle, Keeley Davis and Mya Hill-Moana combine in the front-row.

Pule joins Olivia Kernick in the back row, with Keilee Joseph completing the starting 13 at lock.

The interchange bench includes Shawden Burton, Pani Hopoate, Kiriwi and Joeli Morris, while Teuila Fotu-Moala, Lily Rogan, Tyler Bentley and Amelia Pasikala have all be named on the extended bench.
