Sydney Roosters Announce Platinum Partnership with Global Consultancy Firm ADAPTOVATE

The Sydney Roosters are proud to welcome global consultancy firm ADAPTOVATE as the Club’s newest Platinum Partner, launching a strategic collaboration built on shared values of integrity, humility, and excellence.

ADAPTOVATE’s branding will take pride of place on the sternum of the Roosters’ NRL jersey, symbolising the strong alignment between two high-performing organisations committed to purpose-driven success and values-based leadership.

A Foundation Club steeped in tradition and renowned for its pursuit of excellence both on and off the field, the Roosters are delighted to welcome ADAPTOVATE, a consultancy equally dedicated to enabling high performance through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Sydney Roosters Chief Operating Officer Jarrod Johnstone said the partnership represents a natural and powerful alignment.

“We’re thrilled to have ADAPTOVATE on board as a Platinum Partner. Their commitment to integrity, professionalism, and excellence mirrors everything we stand for at the Roosters,” said Johnstone.

“This is a strategic partnership built on shared principles, and we look forward to achieving great things together,” he added.

ADAPTOVATE Managing Director & Partner – Australia & New Zealand, David Gumley, said the partnership reflects the strong connection between the two organisations’ missions and mindsets.

“We’re honoured to partner with the Sydney Roosters, a club whose resilience, humility, and drive for continuous improvement matches our own,” said Gumley.

“It’s a powerful brand alignment, and we’re incredibly proud to stand alongside the Roosters as they pursue continued success.”

This announcement marks an important milestone in the Roosters’ ongoing commitment to forging impactful partnerships with organisations that complement and support the Club’s proud history and future ambitions.
