🟠 SES – State Emergency Service

Fans are in for more than just footy when they arrive early - they’ll witness an unforgettable pre-game celebration of courage, community, and country, as the NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) takes centre stage in a stirring tribute to our frontline heroes.
🔥 Rolling In With Pride – RFS Vehicle Parade | 3:40 PM
The action begins with a blazing parade of NSW RFS vehicles in a dazzling display of red and yellow. The journey will showcase the vital machinery that helps our firefighters protect lives and land.
🚁 Sky High Entrance – Helicopter Match Ball Delivery
Eyes will turn skyward as the RFS helicopter descends dramatically onto the field. From the rotors emerges a moment of pure theatre: RFS representatives step out and deliver the official match ball in heroic style. A fitting symbol of strength and service.
🎶 A Song for the Firefighters – Live Performance by Grace & Hugh
The atmosphere then shifts to something more heartfelt. Acclaimed duo Grace & Hugh will perform a moving original song, written especially for the RFS.
🫡 Honouring Our Heroes – Tribute Moment & Team Entry
As the teams prepare for kickoff, a powerful scene will unfold at midfield. Sydney Roosters Chairman and CEO, the RFS Commissioner, and RFS Firefighter Rachael Wyper will stand proudly at the centre, flanked by the 280 volunteers circling the inner perimeter of the field.
Both NRL teams will meet in the tunnel and walk out side-by-side, a gesture of solidarity and respect and then, it’s game on!

The heartbeat of the day continues at the break, as representatives from all eight emergency services agencies are honoured on-field. These brave men and women, who serve our communities day in and day out, will be recognised by the crowd in a moving moment of appreciation. But it doesn’t stop there - they’ll also form a guard of honour as the players return to the field for the second half, creating a powerful tunnel of respect for our game and our heroes.
