So here we are, round 2 of the competition and our next opponent is the Brisbane Broncos, at home, a team who you could argue are in a similar situation.

Both sides are one from two this season, taking to the field each week with young squads with a sprinkling of experienced talent.

The Tricolours were great in patches against the Warriors, with some impressive go forward in the middle of the field through the four big front rowers.

Out wide our exciting back line have shown glimpses of what we can look forward to in 2013, and if they really fire Brisbane will be tested out wide.

Head to Head it would be fair to say the visitors have the wood on us but as we know this is a new team with a brand new attitude and that shouldn't have an impact on the result.

The Broncos are always a formidable force and have been since they entered the competition so get down to Allianz on Saturday night for what will be a cracking game of footy.

The History: Played 36; Broncos 23, Roosters 13. Brisbane have dominated in recent times, winning seven of the past nine clashes. Allianz Stadium will hold no qualms either theyve won 14 of 20 games played at Roosters HQ, including a comprehensive 40-22 victory in Round 14 last season.
