Frank-Paul Nuuausala has been charged with a Grade 1 Dangerous Throw by the NRL Match Review Committee from our Round 25 clash with the Gold Coast Titans.
The incident was in the 4th minute of the match on Titans prop Ryan James.
An early guilty plea will see Nuuausala escape a ban and allow the Kiwi forward to play in the Round 26 blockbuster with the Rabbitohs this Friday night.
No other Roosters players were charged following the match.
