Today was easily one of the busiest days so far this week with a full schedule from the word go this morning.

It all started with a physio session at Roosters HQ for myself and a couple of other boys, just getting treatment as we do each week to keep any injuries away and continue to improve and keep the body feeling good ahead of Sunday's game.

From there it was time for more Video, just going over both ourselves and our opposition as we do every Round throughout the year.

As I said a few days, for us this week is about enjoying the occaison but also not getting away from what we know to work.

All year we've focused on ensuring we do everything right in the lead up to, and following, each match. It's the time between the games, if you get it right, that allow the game to be just that and not something that you have to worry about too much.

This week is undoubtedly different and we can't escape that, however as much as we can keep to the routine we know and enjoy then we give ourselves every chance of doing the same on the field and coming away with what will hopefully be a win.

After video it was a mad-rush with all the boys to suit up and head to the Grand Final Lunch.

Both sides, ourselves and Manly, were presented to the room and seated up on stage for the lunch while interviews took place with guys from both sides and also different NRL identities around the room.

These events are always exciting and certainly remind you of what you are part of this week, but as I said before it is important for us to ensure we don't get too caught up in it all and focus on what we're here to do.

Following the lunch it was off to be presented on stage to the Fans at Tumbalong Park.

It's always good to see familiar faces at these events and there were plenty out in front of us this afternoon.

The support this season has been fantastic and it hasn't done anything but get even more so this week. We have some of the best fans in the game, if not the, and throughout this year they've got behind us each week and each game, wherever it may have been played.

We're a lucky bunch of guys to have those passionate people in our corner.

After the Fan Day it was down to business with a field session back at Allianz Stadium to continue preparation. Not too long a session however, but short and sharp nonetheless.

The boys looked good out in the middle, with everyone up for the challenge this Sunday no doubt.

A quick bite to eat after training, thanks to Chris and his team at Azure Cafe at Allianz Stadium, and then on the bus and out to The Footy Show.

It's a great part of the week, each Grand Final Thursday, when you're on stage with Fatty and the boys and tonight was no different.

A room full of Roosters Fans and both sides on stage, chatting about the game to the roars and cheers of our faithful. We really are lucky to be here, it's all starting to sink in now.

Anyway, it's time for bed I think. It's been a long day.

Speak tomorrow, Roosters Fans..
