The Club has today responded to the NRL Match Review Committee on the charges against Dylan Napa and Aidan Guerra from last Thursday's Round 26 victory over the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Allianz Stadium.

In regards to Guerra, the Club has entered an early guilty plea on the backrowers behalf which sees the Queensland star unavailable for selection for this Saturday evening's Week 1 Finals encounter with the Penrith Panthers.

Guerra was charged with a Grade 2 Dangerous Contact charge following "unnecessary arm/shoulder pressure on Kyle Turner in the 21st minute of the match.

Meanwhile, in response to the Grade 2 Shoulder Charge charge against Napa, the Club has today opted to plead not gulity.

Napa was charged following an incident in the 16th minute on Souths playmaker John Sutton, after the Video Referee alerted the on-field Referee.

Napa will now face the NRL Judiciary tomorrow (Tuesday, 9 September) evening at NRL HQ in Moore Park.
