The NRL has this morning confirmed final details for Rounds 1-20 of the 2015 Premiership Draw.
Opponents for Rounds 20-26 have once again been announced with final match details to be announced closer to the conclusion of the opening 20 Rounds.
In a shake-up to what has become a traditional start to the NRL season, we will not face arch-rivals South Sydney Rabbitohs with the Club instead making the trip north to Townsville to take on the North Queensland Cowboys in Round 1.
Again we’ll play away from our house, Allianz Stadium, in Round 2 of next year’s competition when we make the trip to ANZ Stadium to face the Rabbitohs in a re-match of last year’s Preliminary Final on Sunday, 15 March.
Round 3 sees our first home game of the regular season when we host last year’s Qualifying Final opponents the Penrith Panthers on Monday, 23 March.
Notable home blockbusters include:
- Round 8 v St George Illawarra Dragons in our annual ANZAC Day on Saturday, 25 April
- Round 9 v Wests Tigers, when Jason Taylor returns to Allianz Stadium on Friday, 8 May
- Round 21 v Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs at Allianz Stadium
- Round 24 v Brisbane Broncos at Allianz Stadium
- Round 26 v South Sydney Rabbitohs at Allianz Stadium
The first Representative Weekend of the 2015 season will be held across the first weekend in May, between the 1st and 4th and include the annual ANZAC clash between the Kangaroos and Kiwis.
The State of Origin Series will kick-off on Wednesday, 27 May with the second match on Wednesday, 17 June and the final match of the 2015 Series on Wednesday, 8 July.
