The Roosters will be heading to Gosford this weekend for what is the first of a five-year agreement to play a game a season at Central Coast Stadium.

On this particular occasion, the Roosters will be taking on the Gold Coast Titans, in what is sure to be a game of blinding speed backs, hard hitting forwards and plenty of young and international talent on show.

While the Roosters were 26-18 victors last time these two sides met at Allianz Stadium last season, the Titans have the upper hand over the Roosters, particularly in recent years winning 7 of the 12 total matches.

The Roosters have hit good form in this part of the season, winning 4 of their last 5 games, while the Titans on the other hand have won 2 of their last 3, even without some of their star talent.

KEY MATCH UPS:

Present v Future Centre: When Michael Jennings stepped into the first grade scene as a youngster, there was one thing that was hard to argue with, and that was that he was going to be a star. He boasted remarkable footwork, blinding speed and plenty of strength, and to this day is still one of the best centres in the game, playing for both New South Wales and Australia over Representative football period.

His match up this week is a young talent who also spent some time in Penrith, the impressive James Roberts. With plenty of speed and strength coming from Roberts, Jennings will definitely have his hands full this weekend.

Two 10s: The Kiwi cannonball Sam Moa will be running at former Rooster and Queensland representative Nate Myles on Sunday afternoon. Boasting similar stats, these are the energy forwards of this clash. Both will be getting through plenty of tackles, hit ups and leading by example for their clubs.

VERDICT:

Both sides will be looking forward to this battle. It's Sunday on the coast, they're in form, there's plenty to play for and it's going to be a challenge.

The Roosters have been putting on commanding performances recently, and will be looking to do the same to pull the two points out of this one.

INFO:

The Central Coast Stadium afternoon will be boasting NYC, NRL and NSW Cup talent, dance and coaching clinics for the kids and a stadium without a bad seat in the house, why wouldn't you want to attend!?
