Mitchell Aubusson spoke to the media ahead of the Roosters Round 24 top two clash with the Brisbane Broncos at Allianz Stadium on Saturday night.
He gave his thoughts on the new shoulder charge rules, and spoke about the challenge that faces his side this weekend.
When it comes to playing intimidating teams in the NRL, Aubusson is always up for the challenge.
"They've been outstanding," Aubusson said of the Broncos.
"They're probably the benchmark of the competition, and it's gonna be awesome to play the team that's coming first," he added.
A clash with this much on the line would have some people feeling rattled, but Aubusson has played in many big games and knows what his side has to do in the lead up.
"Psychologically there's probably not much in it, we want to go out there and really test ourselves against them."
