With Round 2 against the Raiders just around the corner, a few members of the NRL squad fronted the media to discuss the Saturday afternoon clash.

Aidan Guerra, Jayden Nikorima and Daniel Tupou were there to talk, discussing the improvement the side has to make, the hot weather expected in Canberra and much more.

When discussing the weather conditions expected on the weekend, Guerra wasn't afraid to say it like it is.

"It's going to be hot," said Aidan Guerra.

"There's no shying away from that, but it's hot for both sides, so we'll show up and know we're playing in the same sort of conditions (as Round 1).

"That might help us a bit mentally."
