The Sydney Roosters were at home last Friday night for a physical battle against the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles, which left plenty of sore bodies at the conclusion of the match.
In the opening stages of the match, Dylan Napa was forced from the field with an ankle injury and did not return.
Scans over the weekend have confirmed that it is low grade syndesmosis, which is expected to keep Napa from the field for up to four weeks.
The remaining 16 squad members that took to the field will be available for selection against the Brisbane Broncos this Thursday night.
Nat Butcher was forced from the field after injuring his shoulder in the Holden Cup clash with the Sea Eagles in Round 5.
He will require further scans to determine whether surgery will be neccessary or not.
