Roosters Radio Episode 91: Joe Kelly

This week on Roosters Radio, we chat with Easts Group CEO Joe Kelly about the launch of Easts, and in particular Artie's Sports Bar and restaurant Olive and Oak.

"From the top to bottom, we've reopened the club as its new brand," Mr Kelly said regarding Easts' new renovations.

"We've got a new restaurant (Olive & Oak) replacing the bistro, we've moved the Legends Bar from downstairs to up in the back of the Bondi Room and renamed that to Artie's, after our great Arthur Beetson.

"There's a lot of memorabilia there that honours Artie in that area and a great sports bar. And that's the area where we put a significant number of members on Friday night for the game (last week).

"We had a massive turnout for the official members function on Friday night. We did something. 450 to 500 covers of food, we had over 2000 members join in the month of March as well.

"So this is stage one, stage two started. Stage two will be complete on the 1st of May. And that basically is the rest of the ground floor at around three different debride that will get a facelift as well."
