24 Hour Update | Round 8 NRL Line Up vs Dragons

The side to face the St George Illawarra Dragons at 4pm this ANZAC Day Cup at Allianz Stadium has been trimmed 24 hours ahead of kick-off.

The side remains unchanged. Ethan King and Taylor Losalu are the remaining reserves.

The Sydney Roosters are proud to announce the line up for the Round 8 clash against the St George Illawarra Dragons at Allianz Stadium for the 24th annual ANZAC Day Cup match.

The Roosters and Dragons will do battle once again on one of the biggest days of the NRL calendar.

The Roosters will run out onto Allianz Stadium in the 2025 ANZAC Round Jersey, once again donning the famous Bondi Blue colours in commemoration of the sides of 1944-1946, who wore the very same jersey throughout the midst of WWII. These 2025 Match-issued and signed ANZAC Day Jerseys are now up for auction. Bid now!

Egan Butcher returns from his ACL injury, which had ruled him out since Round 12 last year. Mark Nawaqanitawase moves into the starting wing spot, with Dominic Young moving into the reserves.

Precinct activations commence from 12:30pm in the Fan Zone Plaza, while gates will open at 1.30pm, with the Australian Defence Forces v New Zealand Defence Force curtain raiser starting at 1.50pm. The Anzac Day Ceremony will commence at 3.25pm with the NRL fixture kicking off at 4.00pm.
